Over 2500 children prepared for formal schooling

Keeping in mind the importance of a quality pre-school education in a child’s overall development, our first Child Development Centre was started in 2001.
We now operate four centres, where children from low-income families are prepared for formal school.

Curriculum

Children actively participate in creative and physical activities while learning songs in various languages to enhance vocabulary and communication skills. The Key Foundation curriculum is being used, to ensure quality early childhood education for the children.

Nutrition and Health

Children receive comprehensive medical assessments, including height and weight checks, along with Vitamin A, polio immunisation drops and annual deworming medication. Supplements are also provided, including a nutritious snack, to improve their growth and overall health.

Parent Engagement

Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to raise awareness on health and child nurturing practices. Parents are also engaged with the Key Curriculum to participate in their child’s learning.
